    Free shipping on all orders over $80 within Australia.

    Most Australian orders are shipped the business day after they are placed.

    Most international orders are shipped within 3 business days after they are placed.

    Express Delivery with Australia Post (1 business day):      $15.00 AUD

    *Please note: We have had recent experiences where packages sent via Australia Post's Express service does not arrive the next day. Whilst we guarantee that we ship the same day or next business day that an order is placed we can't guarantee that Australia Post will deliver it the next day. We apologise for this in advance but it is completely beyond our control.

    CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

    Customs policies vary widely from country to country.  For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office.  Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer.  We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be.  Please note we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances. 

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    If for any reason you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from www.vivra.com.au, including a change of mind, simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will gladly offer you a refund, credit or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods.  It is important however that the VIVRA and all packaging and ticketing are in the same condition as when they left the VIVRA warehouse.  If either of these two conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund, credit or exchange unless the VIVRA is faulty.

    Please note that if you decide to return or exchange your goods VIVRA will only pay the cost of the return shipping if the goods are defective.  In all other circumstances you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to VIVRA, as well as the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.

    For orders which included free shipping, in the event of a complete refund we will refund the purchase price total minus $10 to cover our initial shipping cost to you.

    To process a refund, credit or exchange simply send us an email and we'll respond promptly.

    UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PARCELS

    We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of the incorrect/insufficient address provided during checkout or because of refusal to pay import taxes.

    Requests for refunds for unclaimed items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. You may also ask for the package to be reshipped out to you for the initial shipping fee plus the 'Return to Sender' (RTS) fees incurred by VIVRA.

    PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNT CODES

    Promotional and discount codes are valid on full-price merchandise only. The discount does not apply to personalisation, gift cards, sale items or items which are already discounted.

    Promotional and discount codes are not be used in conjunction with other promotional and discount codes.

    For items purchased on sale with a discount or promotional code, we can offer a credit note, but cannot offer a refund. This applies to both Australian and International orders.

    LOST PARCELS

    Please note that upon shipment a tracking number will be provided to you and we accept no responsibility for your shipment after that time.  In the event that your parcel goes missing it will be your responsibility to contact Australia Post to pursue.
