    Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want your overall experience with VIVRA to be excellent.  If something isn't quite right please contact us.



    If for any reason you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from, including a change of mind, simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will gladly offer you a refund, credit or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods.  It is important however that the VIVRA and all packaging and ticketing are in the same condition as when they left the VIVRA warehouse.  If either of these two conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund, credit or exchange unless the VIVRA is faulty.

    Please note that if you decide to return or exchange your goods VIVRA will only pay the cost of the return shipping if the goods are defective.  In all other circumstances you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to VIVRA, as well as the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.
